I recently took my vehicle to Benson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Greer, SC for a diagnostic. During my visit, I was presented with a recommendation for an exhaust catalytic converter replacement totaling $7,235.67. However, I was not provided with any diagnostic trouble codes or a clear explanation to support this recommendation. Ins | Read Full Review

We had a great experience working with Randall and the sales manager, Matt. They went above and beyond to help me trade in my car at a rate that worked for my family. I really appreciated the time and care they put into making sure we understood everything. They never rushed us and made the whole process stress-free. We’re so thankf | Read Full Review

Have bought two Jeeps there. Eric Campbell, our sales rep, has been wonderful both times. Unfortunately, their service department is terrible. The customer service is sub-par. They don't act like they care about the customer. I have even tried to voice my complaint, but no one has called me back. Once again, that proves my point. Awf | Read Full Review

I had, quite honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had at buying a vehicle when I bought my RAM 1500 from Kodi and Matt at Benson. Kodi was proactive in getting MY input on what I wanted and didn’t pressure me away from my truck desires. I do recommend Benson over Big O Dodge overall. I own both an Alfa Romeo Tonale and a Dodge Hornet RT Plus (both PHEVs), and I’ve had battery issues with each. My Tonale’s battery died a couple of months after I got it, and Benson replaced it without much hassle. With my Dodge, I took it to Big O Dodge twice, months apart, for batte | Read Full Review
